UGLY gear isn't clean. Our designs are rough around the edges, a little dirty, a little loud — built for the underground side of paintball that doesn't take itself too seriously.
If you want clean lines, polished pro-team aesthetics, or gear that looks like everyone else's at the field — we're probably not your shop.

Design fees apply and we handle all design work. We don't provide templates. We reserve the right to reject poor-quality artwork — low resolution, AI-generated, or anything that violates trademarks.
- Customer-supplied logos must be vector (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-quality PNG with transparent background.
- Low-quality or AI-generated logos may incur our full design fee to rebuild from scratch.
- No logo? No problem. We can design one for an additional fee.
- We do not do free design work. Design work begins only after design fees are paid.

Design Fee
Accepted projects start with a design fee. The fee covers our work from scratch on production-ready files. We'll quote your exact fee when we accept your application.
Design Process
Once the design fee is paid, we get to work. You can expect your initial design mockup within 72 business hours, per our standard design timeline. From there, you'll review mockups, give feedback, and approve the final design before anything goes to production.
We'll refine the design until you're happy, as long as revisions stay within the original direction. Minor adjustments to colors, fonts, layout, and design elements are included. A complete change to the original concept, or revisions that require creating a new logo from scratch, would require an additional design fee.
Design fees are non-refundable. Once work has commenced on your custom design, the order is non-refundable.
Purchase
Once your design is finalized, you'll head back to the website to purchase your items. Each product page has space to add your roster — player names, numbers, and sizes — at checkout.
First-time orders require a 5-piece minimum of any single item — 5 jerseys, 5 hoodies, 5 pants, etc. Not 5 mixed pieces across different products. You can order multiple item types in the same project as long as each item hits the 5 minimum. Orders that fall short will be canceled. Reorders on existing designs can be single pieces.
Production
Standard production time is 4–6 weeks after final approvals. International shipping delays can occur and may extend the delivery timeline past 6 weeks — we are not responsible for shipping delays outside our control.
If you need something rushed, let us know ahead of time and we'll let you know if we can make it happen. Rush fees will apply.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when their order ships.

If your team's design is on file with us, you can reorder anytime — no application required, no new design fee. Just order through the website with the new player's name, number, and size. Single-piece reorders are fine on existing designs.
Yes. Every design we make is saved on file indefinitely. There's no expiration. Whether it's six months or six years later, your files are right where we left them.
Yes — as reference. All designs are recreated from scratch on our production templates.

You are responsible for confirming you have permission to use all submitted logos and sponsor marks. UGLY does not verify sponsorships or trademark rights on your behalf.
No. Drop releases are designed and produced as-is. We don't modify drops with team logos, name swaps, or branding changes. If you want gear with your team's branding, go through the custom application process.
Let us know ahead of time and we'll see if we can make it happen. Rush fees apply when available. Standard production time is 4–6 weeks after final approvals.
Production runs through our manufacturer in Pakistan. Standard turnaround is 4–6 weeks from final design approval to gear in hand, but international shipping from production can occasionally see delays we don't control — customs, carrier issues, weather, etc. If this happens to your order, we'll keep you posted, but delays outside our control aren't something we can refund or compensate for.

Drops are pre-designed releases we put out regularly — themed jerseys, pod packs, and limited gear available to anyone. No application, no minimums, no design fees. Just buy what's released.
Custom orders are designed from scratch for your team. They require an application, design fee, and a 5-piece minimum on first-time orders. Best for teams that want full team identity with their own colors, logos, and branding.
